    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Membership: Membership is free, and there is no cancellation fee. To receive the savings we extend to Club members, you may elect to cancel in writing after receiving 1 year’s selection of 2 shipments.

    Billing: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine. Twice yearly (April and November) we will bill your credit card for wine club and any shipping charges. Sales and excise tax will be charged according to State and Federal laws in the states where the wine is shipped to. Please notify us of any address, phone or email changes.

    Shipping: we ship UPS Ground from Nov. 1- mid-May. Summer solution shipping: May 15 - October 31. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the wine when it is delivered. Club members will be responsible for additional shipping charges due to misdirected or returned packages. Carriers will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Terra Amata Vineyards. New shipping fees will apply when your package is re-shipped. We currently only ship within the states of CA and OR, and schedule will-call orders in Healdsburg and the Lake Tahoe area.

    Return / refund: our general policy is that all purchases, including our wine club, are non-refundable. However, we will address return / refund needs on a case-by-case basis. You may contact us at: info@terraamatavineyards.com

    Privacy: To make a purchase, you will create an online account where you will enter a username and password. In addition, we will ask for your name, address, phone # and credit card # to fulfill your order. When you join a wine club we will save your information. We will not share or sell this information.

    News & promotions: We will also ask if you want to subscribe to our newsletter and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe. After you make an order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
